The brief
The Great North Museum have seasonal exhibitions. Spineless was an exhibition on invertebrates; aimed at children. The Museum required brand concepts to be put forward along with ideas of how to get children to interact with the exhibition.

The Solution
A playful concept was created for Spineless, to make it fun and engaging for children and parents. The logo focuses on the textures of different invertebrates, along with a line of copy ‘Do you dare enter the lair of the slimy, hairy, creepy, crawly beasties?’ Elliot the explorer was an educational character that was created for children to interact with around the exhibition, along with exhibition panels showing different scenes where invertebrates are found.
