We work with people who show that change is possible, clients who are creating a fairer, more just, and sustainable future for all.
We are designers, developers, creative thinkers, writers, producers, activists, citizens. We believe our current systems are opaque, outdated, centralised, and in need of revolutionary change. We’re working to create a society that values change makers, civic society, equity and justice in equal measure.
We know impact and connection can be achieved through human focused communications, a single core idea, and clarity. We believe in and stand for the power of design to catalyse creativity, drive authentic social change, and create a platform that can connect communities.

We design with diverse audiences in mind. We’re committed to improving user experiences and ensuring everyone, regardless of ability, context, or situation, has access to the work we create. We ensure our creative work follows rigorous accessibility checks and processes.
Sail is rooted in radical inclusivity. We treat all our community, collaborators, and clients in the same way, regardless of their race, gender, disability, culture, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or age.
We actively seek and support clients who promote sustainability, ensuring that the supply chain is ethical and environmentally friendly. We work with academics, scientists and game changers who work to disrupt the status quo and create new ways of working in support of a circular economy.

What is a B Corporation?
It is a rigorous accreditation that certifies businesses that evidence inclusive, equitable and regenerative economic systems for all people and the planet. We’re proud to be a part of a global movement of companies committed to changing how business operates and believe business really can be a force for good.
We’re paving the way. In 2021, Sail Creative was certified an accredited B Corp. It means we’ve joined brands like The Guardian, innocent, Patagonia, The Body Shop and Abel & Cole in meeting the rigorous social and environmental standards which represent our commitment to goals and purpose beyond shareholder profit.
Purpose beyond profit is now legally embedded in our company articles.
Our B Corp certification addressed the entirety of our business operations and covered five key impact areas of Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers.
We believe that design should work for everybody. As a design studio, we take great responsibility to ensure our creative work follows rigorous checks and processes around accessibility.
