On Wednesday 29th March we co-hosted the third North East B Social event at The Boiler House on Newcastle University campus.

We enjoyed inspiring and informative presentations from key speakers OBE, UMi CEO and B Lab Board member, Nicki Clark and Dynamo North East Innovation Manager, Katrina Appleyard, followed by networking with like-minded people and organisations.

It was fantastic to see such a great turnout with over 80 attendees, all passionate about learning to do better and think about the future of our planet, our communities and our people.

There are now 12 certified B Corps in the North East and currently 18 more are in the process of becoming accredited very soon! It is very exciting to see the B Corp community growing at such a rapid rate and we look forward to meeting our newly certified fellow members!
